The Family Woman

Hi, and welcome to my site!  Perhaps you would like to get to know me a little before deciding whether or not I am that right realtor for you? Here's a little something to give you an idea about my background.   

First I would like to say I am a wife and mother of two most adorable children!  I have three dogs and three cats!  Also coming from a large family background, both Italian and German, it will be easy for me to relate well with you whether you have a large family or not!  Having this common ground with you gives me an advantage above others who might otherwise, not have a family background. 

As a wife and mother, I know how to accommodate you and your family's needs with little to no guess-work when searching for the right home your family can function happily in.    

As a parent myself, I know the concerns you mom and dads have for your children or pets when it comes to safety.  In which case, I make safety an important criteria when searching for a home for you, especially with small children and/ or pets in mind!   

If there is a real estate agent out there who will have your family's best interests at heart, it will be me...hands down!   

Jack of All Trades!

A couple of elements to my past put me on to pursuing a career in real estate.  One of the key elements to that decision was working as a sales woman at a Honda dealership many years ago, where I sold both used and new vehicles.  My delicate sense of humor and passionate listening to my clients allowed me to become top sales person for a time.  I quickly gained credibility in the car industry as I came to be known as the "product knowledge expert!"  As time went on, it was an obvious indication that my interpersonal and savvy, negotiating skills would be better utilized elsewhere. 

Shortly thereafter, I was hired on to work for two lawyers; I loved the drafting of legal documentation and assisting the people who came to the firm for legal advice.  Yet, surrounded by a fortress of files day in and day out pushed me to move onward.

Six years later, I found myself working as a fiberglasser!  The position allowed me to travel and meet many people from different walks of life and it showed that I wasn't scared to roll up my sleeves and get dirty!  One day I happened to be working at a pulp mill inside of a four storey Clo2 tank.  Dripping fiberglass, high styrene levels, and all alone in my foggy, full-faced mask the revelation came to me finally...REAL ESTATE AGENT! Coming from two generations of realtors, it was a wonder I hadn't thought of it sooner! 

Not just a real estate agent, I'm someone you could refer to as a Jack of all trades!
